Tell us what happened

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, Apple verification codes, login tokens, and other private information.

Personal timers

Your personal timer, categories, settings, and session history are saved on your device. Solo use does not require an account or an internet connection. A paused timer does not add time to your recorded session.

Shared rooms

Rooms need an internet connection and Sign in with Apple. Each participant starts, pauses, and finishes their own timer. Categories are shared only when you choose to share them. Rooms are temporary and expire after 24 hours.

Live Activities

Live Activities require a supported iPhone and permission in iOS Settings. If a timer is missing from your Lock Screen, check the app's Live Activities setting in iOS.

Account and privacy requests

To request access to or deletion of your server-side account data, contact the email above. Include your in-app friend code so we can locate the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Signing out does not delete the server account.
